Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States. Please allow three weeks for shipping. If you have not received your By Cofi Products within three weeks please contact us at Executiveassistantassistant@bycofi.com.
Errors
We apologize in advance for any grammatical errors, pricing errors, errors in product descriptions, errors on recipe cards, errors with charges, scheduling errors, errors with promised shipping times, errors with timeliness responses, etc. By Cofi reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Our team will not undertake any obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
Retailers
By Cofi products purchased through another retailer must be returned to that retailer and cannot be returned through By Cofi.

Damaged or Defective Products
If an item you received from By Cofi is damaged or defective, please email Executiveassistant@bycofi.com. We are here to serve.
By Cofi Subscriptions
Returns are not offered on By Cofi Subscriptions. Subscriptions can be canceled after experiencing them for 6 months. Payments will still proceed if you cancel before your 6 months is up. We can assure you that this will not be necessary. You will love your subscriptions.
Photographs
If you are present at any By Cofi Experiences, Trainings, Read Alouds, Revivals, pictured with the By Cofi Team, photographed with any By Cofi merchandise, cuisine, plants, we have the rights to utilize your photographs on any social media platforms, websites, and or products.

The By Cofi Reading Club Lending Library
(Literature Checkout Policy)
​
1. Book Limit: Each member may check out one book at a time from the By Cofi Reading Club Lending Library.
​
2. Checkout Duration: Books are loaned out on a monthly basis. Members are responsible for returning books by the specified due date.
​
3. Checkout Procedure: To check out a book, members must sign their name, the title of the book borrowed, and the due date on the checkout log provided.
​
4. Late Fees: A $2 late fee will be charged for each day that a book is returned after the due date. Late fees are payable upon return of the book.
​
5. Book Care: Members are expected to take proper care of borrowed books. This includes keeping books in good condition, avoiding damage or markings, and keeping them away from pets or hazardous environments.

6. Renewals: Renewals may be possible depending on availability and demand. Members can inquire about renewing a book at least three days before the due date.
​
7. Lost or Damaged Books: In case of lost or significantly damaged books, members are responsible for replacing the book or covering the cost of replacement as determined by the club.
By adhering to this checkout policy, we ensure that our lending library remains organized, books are returned promptly, and all members can enjoy access to our diverse collection of reading materials. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our library resources.
